Keira R. West, OD

A native of Amarillo, Dr. West attended Texas A&M University in College Station where she majored in Biomedical Science and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. After graduation from TAMU she worked for a ophthalmologist in Amarillo and enrolled in the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1997. Upon completion of her time in Houston, Dr. West worked as a resident for Cornea Associates of Texas in Dallas. Dr. West was a May 2001 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. West opened her first practice in August of 2001. The first location was in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Fort Worth. In May of 2005 she expanded her practice to Southwest Fort Worth adding a full service optical to her clinical practice. Dr. West insists that families feel comfortable at her practice. In fact, her practice is a family affair. Her husband, Jason, is the office manager and often you will see her two children (Holt and Hope), “helping” around the office. Dr. West has served as the treasurer of the Tarrant County Optometric Society from 2002-2005. She is a Member of the Amercian Optometric Associaton, Texas Optometric Association, and the Tarrant County Optometric Association. In addition, Dr. West is a sought after speaker on the subject of Dry Eye Therapy. The West family are members of Christ Chapel Bible Church in Ft. Worth.

 

Jacqueline S. Le, OD

Dr. Jacqueline S. Le is a certified optometric glaucoma specialist and therapeutic optometrist in Texas. She was raised in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and is very excited to provide eye care for the community she calls home. Dr. Le attended the University of Texas at Austin majoring in Nutritional Sciences. She then enrolled in the four year Doctorate of Optometry program at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Florida. During her training, Dr. Le was a member of the prestigious Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and she graduated with an Honors Doctorate degree.

Her training specialized in ocular disease, including the management of glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. She also gained training in pediatrics, keratoconus, and specialty contact lens fitting. She is currently an active member of the Texas Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Le is dedicated to providing eyecare to those in need locally and internationally. Just recently, she has donated her services underprivileged areas of the world through the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH). Dr. Le values the importance of building strong relationships with her patients and is committed to working together as a team to provide better vision.
